Hi ...... Eat healthy foods such as dairy products, green vegetables ,fruits, add garlic more in foods to help milk secretion .... drink a class of water before feeding or else massage your breast with lukewarm water before feeding ....keep feeding your baby every two hours ......

hi dear keep a bottle of water drink 15 min before feeding and during feeding too. Take methi dana tea in morning. keep dry fruits and panjeeri with jeera and fennel or sauf handy near ur bed. keep feeding baby every two hrs . burp her when she cries it could be because of colic. keep switching breasts. try diff feeding positions to find a comfortable one for u nd ur baby don't panic just keep track on wet diapers 7 to 8 pees means normal milk intake . avoid top feed if u can. meditate and tk ample rest nothing is more important than u n ur babies health.
