titly deb fenugreek seeds ko aap raat bar paani mein bigoke rakeh aur fir subha uss paani ko seed ke saath hi peele.

titly deb fenugreek seeds can used after boiling in water, like for one cup of water take one spoon of seeds boil them ,after boiling filter the seeds and you can take the fenugreek water with honey or sugar.
