Can someone tell me which breast pump is good manual or electric? And is there any side effect of using breast pump?

Hi Shweta Electric breast pumps are more convenient, quick and require lesser effort. I used Medela pumps. Those are really good. There are no side effects. However, these require a lot of maintenance. When you use and store tbe milk you will have to take crae of the hygiene. Also, its best you breastfeeding your baby as long as you can and switch to pumos when you have to join back work or want to take aa break from longer feeding hours

hi shweta! electric breast pumps are better however you should buy them only when the baby is not able to latch directly or if you would be unavailable to the baby for sometime. yes these might have a side effect in the longer run as they may affect the breast tissues and also mighy decrease the milk production.
