Cracks are due to two reasons:either improper latch or insufficient milk(because of which baby tries to suck hard) Apply nip care ointment while u r not feeding, then dip cotton in warm water and clean before feeding. also apply some expressed milk along with cream. use lactare tablets and galact milkpowder to increase milk supply. just give a weeks time everything will be all right. don't give up

HY. . I have a 4 month baby.. initially I also had breast sore problem. I also used nipple cream but couldn't find much affective. One of my relative gaynee suggested me to apply breast milk .. so whenever I feed my baby I apply d milk on nipples.. n believe it is really helpful. . Try it

Apply ghee whenever u are not feeding... But if ur having this issue for the past 4 months, do check ur babys latching position... Wrong or bad latching position also might lead to sore nipples... try changing positions too.
