I feel like my breast milk is not enough for my 4 months baby.. Please suggest me some home made tips or supplements to increase my milk supply.

Hope you are doing well. Here are foods which can increase breast milk. -Whole grains -Garlic -Green leafy veggies -Ginger -Fenugreek seeds or methi -Nuts and seeds -Oats -Barley -Fennel seeds (Saunf) -Cumin seeds -Star anise seeds (badiyan ka phool) -Sesame seeds -Turmeric Drumsticks -Carrots -Black sesame seeds -Salmon fish -Sweet potato -basil or tulsi
