My baby is going to complete 5 months in 2 days. Am breastfeeding her. only 4 to 5 times alone I ve given her top feed wen we had to go out otherwise she is on exclusive bf. after I feed her she plays or stays quiet only for an hour .so my mil says that my milk is not sufficient as the gap between feeds is very less and asks me to give top feeds often. I just want to complete 6 months with my feed. is my milk insufficient. am confused. pls help

Hi Sandhya, relax your milk flow is sufficient. I had the same problem with my MIL. Each child is individual with individual demands for feeds. And also feeding at this age is by demand. So relax and be calm before feeding. You may also drink some water before feeding.
