i m still breastfeeding to 2. 6yr old son under in law's pressure even my son shows so much tantrums for get breastfeed. although i get him drink milk trough bottle 2-3 times a day nd 1-2 times by small glass and he use to have meal twice in noon and dinner nd in between other snacks. so pls suggest me proper meal chart and how to get rid from breastfeeding now

Hi Sneha, At 7/8 o'clock give breakfast : half bowl sabudana/ cerelac/ suji/oats/ daliya. 10 o'clock give some fruit or puree, boiled vegetables, fruits. 12. 30 -1 Give lunch of rice pulse ,and one vegetables or chappati mashed in milk or daal/ khichdi/ curd rice. 2-2. 30 some juices, 4. 30-5 some snacks like upma/chilla/poha/ ragi porridge .6- 7 you can give milk. 8. 30- 9 o'clock give dinnerof chappati daal/ stuffed parathas. Dont force , let her eat whatever amount she wants. Engage her in play and then feed. Keep well feed and whenever your baby demands for breastfeed just divert by giving something to eat or starting a talk , take your baby in your arm or on shoulder and start playing . hi Sneha! I do understand your concerns. it's advisable to talk to your husband who can further share this with your in-laws the impact of breastfeeding after 2 years such as tooth decay of the child . sore nipples ,mastitis, irregular menstruation and infertility till u breastfeed and even longer. his diet seems fine to me, just need to feed him breakfast which is the most important meal of the day. reduce his intake of milk to 550 ml (2 cups ) per day. here's a link given . please go through the blog. hope u will find it useful!Hey!
