Hi I have 3 months old baby she is exclusively on breest feeding but I am keep on gaining weight. I had normal delivery my delivery weight was 85kgs after birth it got reduced to 76kgs but now again increasing now I am 79kgs. My doubt is whether breest feeding will increase mothers weight after we stop feeding whether our Weight will become normal. when I googled I saw breest feeding mom will gain weight please share your experience please.

Noon rest is fine as u not getting night full stretch sleep. Do stop rice in night instead continue with roti. Rice u can add in lunch. U can take glass of milk in night. Or intake lots of water during night it helps in night feed produce milk. As ur whole day meal helps in production of milk. If u feel hungry due to bf in night. Prep suji kheer for ur night snack. It helps u in milk as well in weight.

Yes once baby stop bf.. U will reduce weight but not so much.. Fact u reduce or gain again aftr delivery baby is out so all that water or other things with baby has been out from ur body.. So that weight has gone approx 5-6 kg.. Normally all ladies loose. Then we strt healthy diet so can baby gets good milk through u.. So it cause weight gain. But dnt worry once u strt house hold work or aftr 6 mnth baby strt semi solid. U again can reduce.. But right now dnt try to go on diet or exercise as ut affect milk production.
