Hi Vaishali, you can brush with your finger. Make it a routine as further he will not trouble in brushing process.

hi vishali, being a dentist and mother i wud like to advise u... it is not necessary to wait untill the tooth erupts in mouth even before tht it's required to keep the babies gum clean....... babies gum and newly erupted teeth can b cleaned with guaze cloth(u get it in medical shop, the cloth which is used for dressing wound) dipped in hot water.. similarly u can clean the tongue also.... finger tooth brush can also b used as it is made of soft rubber material and do not contain nylon bristles........ by 1and half most of teeth wud erupt then u can use tooth brush and baby tooth paste.... but the tooth paste amount shud not b more than a single rice size.... for now no tooth paste required.. thank u... hope its useful
