now it's been 6 months but Abhi b jhukhne m pain hota h. baithkr ekdm s utha Ni jata. weight gained too much. exercise karu k Ni smjh ni aata.

Hi Megha, it happens , start lite yoga and exercises but take care and it shouldnot pressurise your tummy .

hi megha! hw r u? i too having pain in tummy upto 6 months dnt worry... take protein food in ur diet it will ease strength to body if pain continues u plz go to doctor... dnt think abt shape until ur baby reach 1 bcz baby depend on u for milk take care
