Hi Stalin Marimuthu You may also choose other dairy products like dahi, cheese, paneer. Children are always fussy about milk.

Hi Stalin while it is necessary for kids to have milk there are other foods which are rich in calcium. Cheese, dahi, paneer and other green leafy veggies do fulfill the need of calcium. If you are a non veg, you can give your kid an egg or an omelette. Or you could make an interesting grill sandwich loaded with cheese and vegetables
