Hi Stalin while it is necessary for kids to have milk there are other foods which are rich in calcium. Cheese, dahi, paneer and other green leafy veggies do fulfill the need of calcium. If you are a non veg, you can give your kid an egg or an omelette. Or you could make an interesting grill sandwich loaded with cheese and vegetables

milk though is one of the most well-known sources of calcium isn't the best. even dahi, cheese, paneer are good sources. increase the intake of these. you could also give some homeopathic calcium tablets

Hi Stalin Marimuthu You may also choose other dairy products like dahi, cheese, paneer. Children are always fussy about milk.
