Hi my daughter is 3 years old. Her dentist said that her teeth enamel is weak so start calcium supplement for her. Please share of you have any knowledge about this or off you are using something for your little one.

hi Vimal sharma !for supplements please consult yr doc. however u could give calcium rich diet. 2 cups of milk everyday,Soy milk is an excellent source of calcium. You can rely on it for calcium if your child is allergic to dairy products. Even calcium-fortified versions are also available. You can also give an orange. A regular sized orange can supply around 50 mg of Calcium to your little one. It is also rich in vitamin C. Green vegetables such as spinach, okra, broccoli, etc are also an excellent source of Calcium for children. Moreover, these green vegetables provide fiber and other minerals to your child. Lentils such as Soya bean, kidney beans, peas, chickpeas are all good sources of calcium. Eggs are rich in Calcium. A boiled egg contains 50 mg of calcium. u can even add seafood . Fishes such as Tuna, Salmon, and Sardines are an excellent source of Calcium. Almonds are again an excellent source of calcium. hope this helps!
