can we give a bath to toddlers with Dettol water

hi.. first of all I want to thank all of you for your responses... I have a small doubt regarding my son's bath... can I add Dettol liquid to a bucket of water for my son's bath... please help me on this.. thanks in advance.

ya u can add it is antiseptic

not needed. just use a mild wash like mama earth baby wash. it's toxin free and has nice small
