cavity problem in my toddler

Hi all, My baby have cavities in her upper teeths, i consulted dentist n he said that, at this age we cannot treat her becoz she can't sit for long. thus, try to have some precautions like brush her teeth twice a day, don't give anything to eat after brushing her teeth at night. maintain her oral hygiene. I am doing all the things daily, but one of her teeth is dimishing day by day. the first day i saw a cavity in her teeth, it was just a tiny hole that day, but now almost half of the teeth is diminished. I am not geeting that what should i do, but i am very much worried about her dental health. plz help me out.
