Dear Deepti, Ceregrow is not compulsory for our children's growth. Homemade food is always better than processed food. Please consult your doctor for a proper diet chart for your baby. I was advised to stop Cerelac by my baby's pediatrician as it causes excess weight gain due to the presence high level of sugar. Give your child enough vegetables and fruits. Dairy products are very good for their growth. But first of all, please consult a good pediatrician.
