My 7 month lo loves cerelac. Cerelac is the only thing he eat without any problem.. but I am in doubt about cerelac that it will give all the nutrition to my LO m. Although I am giving other home mode food also but one time I have to give cerelac.. please suggest if it is nutriouse or not..

hi Neha. cerelac is a processed food with various stages to ensure that your child gets the necessary nutrients. other than cerelac you may give him daliya, sooji kheer to ensure that he gets all the nutrients.
