hi Charu Makkar ! when is she ready for that I. e. not before 6 months of age.. let her first roll to sides on her own, keep toys around which emit light and sound.. gradually she will try to sit with support and finally she will pull her to sitting position from lying down. here is a blog u would find useful. https://www.parentune.com/parent-blog/developmental-milestones-of-your-baby-in-the-first-year/759?ptref=sa0l000030g00l3

Charu u could put nasal saline drop in each nostril before feeding, this would help ease out her congestion a lil bit. also keep her head lil elevated say at 45 degrees while feeding with support from yr arm or a pillow while feeding.. also try and give her steam carefully.

It's too early to make her sit.. You can try it after 6 months that too give her support of pillows and gradually she will make it in her own.. Every child takes its own time in development so you really need to keep patience with it...
