Can I give cheese to my 11mnth old daughter.. heard it's gud.. how much quantity of cheese should be given in a day

hi Sweta Kedia ! please avoid giving cheese till yr bhay is one year old, as it has high salt content in it.. after one year u could serve occasionally in small quantities.
