How to stop child from this internet usage?

hi Rajan! u could set aside limited time span for internet usage say max 45 minutes in a day. other members in the family too have to limit their internet usage and spend quality time with each other especially during meal time, sleep time and prayer time. also plan activities for the child and set his routine in which there is time for outdoor activity , play, rest, recreation as well a studies. praise the child when he follows routine. hope this helps!
