My daughter is 2. 5 years old. I wonder what should be the right diet for her. The quantity of meal she takes is sufficient or not?Is one chapati with little vegetable or sometimes no vegetable in the breakfast and lunch sufficient or not?

What I may also suggest is offer your child a balanced diet. If she prefers vegs in one meal, let her eat that. If she eats one whole chapati, give her one and gradually try giving her another half to see if she can finish this. Gradually increase her quantity and if you see her sturggling to finish, then reduce the portion size. Ask her if she would like a little more of a particular dish. Like I mentioned in the previous post, you may get certain guidelines with regards to food in the blog. Hope this helps.
