hi Smita! u can begin his day by a cup of milk around 7-7. 30am ,followed by breakfast at around 8. 30 am of scarmbled egg or omellete/ ragi dosa/whole grain cereals bread sandwich with cheese and butter / paneer parantha with fresh sweet like juice or fresh pineapple juice or buttermilk. at around 12 am u could serve him a plate of fruits. lunch at around 1-1. 30 pm which could include roti, rice ,1-2 cups of non-veg / daal/ Curry, a cup of vegetable , raita. at around 5 pm u could give a cup of milk, followed by light snacks at 6 , which might include upma/ poha/vermicelli with lots of finely chopped veggies or stuffed vegetable tikki , etc . this can be followed by dinner at 8 pm with rice/roti/ roti pizza with cheese and finely chopped veggies, non-veg/Dal/ egg Curry, 1 cup of vegetable, salad. if he wishes to have u can give him kesar milk or flavoured milk at night around 9. 30 pm. u can add variety but please ensure his daily requirement of essential nutrients is met with. please have a look at this blog..
