Hello Meehak Before introducing kids to the world of chocolate little pointers should always be in parents mind. 1. Chocolate should not be introduced to babies less than a year. 2. Chocolates are a very high sugar food with very low nutritional value. Kids gets used to this sweet thing very easily which can lead to many problems like – tooth decay, obesity etc. 3. There is a part of caffeine element in chocolate. Ideally, children less than 2 years should avoid all types of caffeine. Remember, in moderation is the mantra. Happy Parenting.
