Hi Arti, hope your child is on complete breastfeed, try to feed in smaller quantity with frequent interval and also take care of feeding position never lie down and feed also burp child after every feed, this may help .

hai Arti even my baby was preterm.. now he is 4month old. yes during his first three months he was spitting from his nose.. kindly feed him carefully it happens because of flow of milk, also once baby is full he will spit from nose. burp him once u complt feeding one side, and den feed other side. now my baby is all fine.. initialy it was very difficult because of low wgt.

if she is gaining weight then don wry for reflux. its absolutly normal.. keep her in lateral position to prevent choking ...

hi aarti ..I m also mother of preterm child. due to spitting my boy doesn't take preoper sleep. he just wake-up. he only want to sleep on my hands not in a bed. pls suggest.. and pls share more thing abt preterm child care I have 2kg weight baby. 2 month old. what kind of oil u use. what u do in case of cold n cough
