mmmm no sis apply her baby vicks daily night for her foot chest neck n cover with kulla,sweater .no using fan.... if cough n cold is recurring.. go for bloodtest

hi Geeta ! yes u can definitely give steam to her. hold ur baby in ur lap and put the steamer in a small room and cover her well after that..
