Hi... My son who is 11 months old is suffering from severe cold & cough... Can I use mustard oil for cooking his food instead of ghee... Is mustard oil is beneficial for him... Plz suggest... Plz also adivce what all things to avoid in cold & cough... What all can I do to relief him from nasal congestion...

hi Deepika Nijhawan ! yes u can definitely use mustard oil for cooking.. keep alternating oil as using one oil is not advisable..
