is it good to give cold medicines for 4 and half month old baby . will it affect the immunity

hi Preethi! if cold is severe and it's affecting his appetite , and he is uncomfortable due to blocked Nose , u couod consult yr baby's pediatrician and give him the prescribed medicine. having said that u could continue with your breastfeed as it would strengthen his immunity.
