cold n cough

my daughter is 3 years old nw.. past frm 3 mths she's has continuous cold n cough since a month inspite of giving so many allopathic medicine n home remedy to cure dis it's only reduced a bit but nt cured completely.. what Shud I do any suggestions pls?
