hi all my daughter is 7months old n frm past 1month she is suffering frm cold n cough n during dat period only she started teething n now a days hv started her giving apple juice or sumthing somtimes whn she is 5 n half months n now frm last one she is not taking anything hv to make her eat frocefully n hv started giving her gripe water as im giving her semi soild food plzzzz suggest is it safe

Hi Mansi, has your pedeac advised you to give gripe water?

Hi Mansi, please discontinue the use of gripe water. You may give her semi-solid food, but don't force feed her. Give her variety of food and let her eat as much as she wants. Gradually she will develop taste and then she will start eating on her own.

If you are giving water give warm water, heat mustard oil with garlic and ajwain till garlic turns brown and once temp comes down massage with this and take a second opinion from pedeac as baby is just 7 month cannot try too much of home remedies.
