Make her eat properly before going to bed. If she sleeps with a stomach full, she will have a well sound sleep.

You can slowly increase the duration between feeds. Since she is 10 months, you can even start with formula.

Hi all, thanks for your reply. Every night she has a heavy meal (eg a bowl of smashed veggies) and then i breastfeed and she sleeps. Even aftr having a proper dinner she doesnt sleep continuously. She doesnt take the bottle either so i could prepare her the formula milk with cereals. She simply gets up, takes my breast like for a minte and goes back to sleep, but this happens after every hour, or even sometimes every half an hour. I dont know where i am going wrong :(

Hi, if your baby is already 10 month old, then try and include smashed daal khichdi for her meals. Veggies are not giving her the much needed carb to carry her through the night and hence she might be getting hungry easily. Veggies are easily digested. Also try and give her sips of water whenever she wakes up and see if it helps.
