Hi all, My nephew is in class 12th. But he is not clear about his future yet. He is not sure about his career and which course to pursue further. He is always in confusion; we are worried if that he does not spoil his present.

Ur Nephew needs some time... but in the meanwhile you could try something like a Purplesquare (which introduces children to different industries) I tried the same for my 15 year old nephew and he absolutely loved the automobile industry tour... else you could try https://www.careerpathways.co.in/ which is a set of tests to determine which is the best suited career for kids...

Hi Ayushi! Making a career choice is indeed a difficult situation. Some children are sure what career they wud pursue right from the time they choose a stream in 11th standard. While there are some children who are not sure what they want to pursue later. Parents role become important in these cases. It is advisable to talk to ur child at length. Take them for long walks, try and read their minds. U cud show them various options available by making them meet career counselor. Once options are known u cud make them meet people who have already chosen those options and they can clear their doubts. They should get to see future prospects of choosing that field, it's demand in market, the salary one wud get and chances of going abroad if he wishes to. Be ur child's strength and show them the path.
