hi Shubra singh! blood in stool could be due to milk allergy or constipation thereby causing anal fissure. please get him examined by an expert to find out the underlying cause. meanwhile, u could give him other alternatives of milk .

I am sharing my own son's experience with severe constipation. so don't take it lightly. buffalo milk is not suitable for kids. under 4 year age. it's heavy so not digest easily. give him pure desi cow milk not american breed cow. put coconut oil on anus. give oats food if he not eat then only give oats and daliya water but thick add sugar to it. it's full of fiber. give less milk and other food and drinks more like this water , mixed fresh juice not packed, if possible give 2-3 drops badam roghn oil in warm milk before sleep not regular in summer as this makes body warm. in day give him enough water to cool down . fiber reduces constipation if enough water in the body if constipation is in excess and not got motion for 2-3 days then u can use suppositories for baby but not regular . first consult the doctor that it is used in blood stool or not. don't take it lightly please change the milk.

suppositories is in capsule form . gel like cool you have to put inside the anus and lay down after 1 hour stool easily come out easily and in loose form store suppositories in freezer as it Melt at room temp I had already used it but only 2 -3 times . with 2-3 days gap. as I change his milk from breed cow to pure desi gir cow milk he is fine and has good digestion. good luck for baby.
