constipation in babies

hiii my baby is only 7month she is having constipation prob. during potty tym she is so much in pain. and very hard stool is coming. what should i get ride of this prob. can any one suggest me any home remedy. my baby is on so much in prob.

hi Pallavi Panda ! please add fiber to yr child's diet.. add whole grain cereals such as Ragi, oats, Dalia , etc.. also keep her well hydrated. u could give her mashed papaya .please go through the link given below. hope u would find the suggested tips handy.
