constipation in kids

Hello.... has anyone faced constipation issue? I hv 2 years 4 months old daughter... she cries nowadays for having potty... not able to do after 4-5 days also😒.. she used to do twice in a day earlier...

hi Khushboo ! this can happen from time to time with weather changes, fussy eating behaviour. you could increase fibre rich diet for your toddler and you would see a significant improvement.

hi khusboo! try and add fiber to her diet for instance salads, fruits and vegetables ,whole grain cereals ,seeds etc. maintain hydration. take her to the park, let her do physical exercise.
