my kid has constipation issue from last 3 days.. stool is even hard so he cries a lot while passing stool

hi Akshita Dhaval ! u could add fiber to his diet by giving him whole grain cereals, such as oats, ragi, daliya etc.. keep hin well hydrated add fruits such as papaya,to his diet. here is a blog with handy tips on how to combat constipation.
