hi I am getting severe constipation problem so what can I do to overcome this problem please suggest me

please take homoeopathic medecines for constipation. it is very useful .i also take homoeopathic medecines for constipation.

hi puloma I have already told you. I am suffering severe constipation problem so my problem has cured some extent by your suggestion but I thought I'll reduce total constipation problem so that will I take bananas pls tell me is that bananas ok for my pregnant so pls tell me. if ok for my health then how bananas will I take daily.

I was also having same problem. Drink warm water in morning & at night. and have fluids throughout day. have light food (Leafy veg, moong daal, soups) throughout the day. include dahi, buttermilk, milk in your diet. you can have tea as well if you are used to it.

btw I m also 25 weeks pregnant... if u had stitch recently, you will have pain for few days.. it will go off later.. pls consult your gyne

Hi I have another doubt, now I am 25 weeks pregnant, my due date 30th October, but I have funneling problem(2. 8cm), so doctor has cleared this problem by the cervical stiches so in this situation what should I take precautions can you please suggest me

Hi Ashwini, have lots of fluids and once talk with your hume. Don't take any medicine without prescription.
