hi mommies, my son is 3 yrs n 9 months old.. he poop after 2 3 days.. please suggest how can I make him poop regularly..

hi Preet Kaur ! u could add fiber like fruits and vegetables and whole grain cereals like bajra, ragi, oats to his diet.. keep him hydrated. add physical activity to his schedule. take him to park everyday..
