kindly tell me some healthy recipes to avoid constipation in my 2 years baby

Try baby prune juice. Just give it like that or add in milk or water and give him . Trust me it does work.

Mung dal soup, all fiber rich food, and oil in khichadi, daily one apple also. My son also suffered from constipation but Dr said give sufficient food all fruit daily 2 various

Hi,you can add 2-3prunes in child's diet till his constipation reduces.

Few tips to avoid constipation among children and elders too. There are some home remedies for constipation problem - 1. Give a little piece of jaggery to your kid every day, even in summers. 2. 1/2 cup RO Water + 1tsp sugar solution. 3. don't give spicy and fried food if young one is prone to constipation. 4. avoid frequent intake of biscuits and Namkeen (bhujia ). 5. give ample of water content. 6. Give Soaked raisins to the baby every day. Food items safe to give in constipation. Give papaya, Apple, grapes, Orange, pear or any seasonal Juicy fruits. For Example - Boiled Rajma, Boiled Black Gram Dal, boiled lobhia, Paneer chopped into small cubes, boiled potato, Suji kheer, milk daliya, rice kheer etc. Please don't give guava in constipation it will create stomach ache and trouble for child. Very important don't focus on experiments while your child is in trouble. All these things avoid to constipation automatically.
