Hello Moms.... My baby is 2. 7 months old. He is constipated from so many months. He was cured instantly for 2 3 days I don't knw how. He drinks about 700 ml water daily... Medicine didn't work in his case I tries so many medicines by doctors prescription but nothing works. My baby is not eating any thing except 200 g paneer Nd 1 cup milk. I am very worried. Pls help me to cure my baby.

hi Priyanka! u can add fiber by giving fruit chaat, whole grain cereals like Dalia, oats, Ragi, barley etc.. serve him meals on dining table reward him on tasting food. keep his choice in mind and variety ,color and novelty to his plate..

make him speak to yr family doctor , or make him visit a hospital to show how children who do not eat , become nutritionally deficient and suffer from various illnesses.

U could try giving fruits like banana and also introduce oats which is high in fiber. Since he takes milk, u can give banana milk shake, oats also can be prepared with milk.
