convulsions due to high fever

my baby often suffers from high fever due to which I have to give her medicine as the situation becomes worse if not given on time. but I also know that too much paracetamol is not good for her tender age. kindly suggest me what should be given her naturally so as to stop the convulsions she suffers due to her high fever. kindly advice as I am too tensed about it. a nd what can be the reason behind the convulsions

hi Anita, I too faced same issue like high fevers. when I consulted doctor, she told me to do test for urine infection and its true. she gave Toximo syrup and in 3 days fever came down. consult doctor take her opinion. according to me high fever will come only for vaccination or these type infection in body.
