This is the most common question asked here so i got a lot of recipies to be given to my 6 month old baby. But I am still confused regarding the correct time table for it means when to give what. and what gap. Can someone share a similar routine so that i can try to follow. On doctor's advice i have already introduce daal , soup, banana and cerelac he has adjusted with them.

Hi Anukriti, it depends on your baby's sleeping routine. If your baby get up at 8 o clock you can start with milk or cerelac. Keep gap of at least 1 &1/2 or 2 hrs. after 8 you can give some fruit puree at 10, at 12 o'clock you can give mashed moong daal khichdi, 2 o'clock milk, at 4-5 clock you can give soup or boild mashed vegetables, 6-7 o'clock again milk, at 8-9 oclock you can give dinner of cerelac or khichdi.
