cough and cold

My two babies(1yr 4months and 7 yr7 months) are suffering from cold and cough. They could not sleep. They take medicines but could not relief frm it. Mam can u give some ghorelu tips to cure it?

hi Rimjhim Roy ! u could give them steam, massage their chest with Lukewarm mustard oil. also give them lukewarm water to drink. here is a blog u would find useful. Hey!
