cough and flu

hi. ,my son is 3 and 11 month old now but in every month he has cough and runny nose. sometimes dry cough sometimes wet cough .and he doesn't know to blow his nose .I consult his pediatrician and she said it's allergy and he will suffer with this till 5 year old. now tell me how I sooth my son and how to get rid of wet cough?

hi Marium! I can very well understand yr concern .u could boost yr child's immunity by giving him immunity boosting foods like nuts, dry fruits, green leafy vegetables, etc.. also keep him hydrated with lukewarm water, and other fluids.. try and keep him well covered.. identify the triggers to which he is allergic and protect him from those.. here is a blog on super foods which u might find useful!
