cow milk is good for below 1 year baby

hi... my baby is 7 months old and I am feeding him every day fresh cow milk with adding some water... but have a dought weather i should give him cow milk or not... and my milk is not sufficient for my baby. I started giving him veg khichadi as well. Pls suggest..

Hi Sarita, don't give plain cow milk to ur baby instaed of that u can give her formula milk because cow milk doesnot contain nutrients required for ur baby growth.
