Hi Ambereen. Cow's milk can be given to a baby after the age of 1 yr. You could gradually intriduce milk to your child by replacing on bottle a week. Please keep an eye out for any discomfort or reactions such as upset stomach, gas, rashes etc. I have given my children Amul Gold milk. It is a little heavy but they like it. Please make sure to give your child full cream milk (with the fat) as they need the fat for their growth and development. Hope this helps.

hey ambreen, it would be great if you could start your child on a double toned milk from mother dairy / amul ( both are good) then in a week or so move on to toned milk and another week later move on to full cream. The gradual move from a light to a heavy milk will make sure that your son is able to digest the milk properly.
