cracked breasts

Hi. My wife and I are new parents with a one month old baby. recently, she has a lot of pain while breastfeeding and the nipples are cracked. This has made breastfeeding such a painful experience for her. Any advice on any medication she can undertake or what she needs to do to reduce the pain?

apply raw milk and honey on nipples. donot use soaps. clean just with warm water. can feed baby expessed milk using breast pump for sometime till nipple heals.
