Hi. .my baby is 2 yrs old.. she is hyper active kid since the day she is born. she goes happily to her playschool from 9-11 am,but the moment she is back home she makes me crazy. she just wont do anything without me next to her. we have a nenny but she won't let her touch her.. don't know why is she doing this.. is it coz of insecurity or just stubbornness.. do all kids do this?

Hello Dilshad Just relax. It is just her age. Being active is a good sign. If the kid does not let the nanny touch her it is just her choice. Do not look at this act as stubbornness. Any kid will always cling to her/his mother than anyone else. Insecurity…. I don’t think so. She leaves you for 2 hrs to the school and is happy & cheerful in those hours. So…no its not that…. One thing is for sure as parent of a toddler who is bursting with energy we have to match up. I know it is no easy but that’s the way it is. Kids at this age just want their parent presence in their act and action. Do take her out to play outside every day, involve her in gross motor activities etc….. just give her energy a constructive outlet, it will help. Happy Parenting.
