hi Pinky Kapil Chawla ! dear It might take 6 months to 1 year for vitamin D to be completely absorbed and for symptoms to disappear. u could continue giving Vit D rich diet such as mushroom, fish, animal liver etc .also please continue with leg massage and bath with luke warm water.

Pinky Kapil Chawla it's advisable to consult ur doc and get through check up done to confirm it is growing pains and nothing else. only after proper examination would a doc be able to guide u further on this.. meanwhile u could do gentle massage before the baby sleeps, keep heating pads in the affected area and also make ur child do stretching exercises after consulting doc..
