dear Dr. my son is 6 yrs old.. he feel lazy sometime and always said my leg is paining.. we are vry worried.. plz suggest

DR. shikha Batra.. but he said always meri leg daba do... in school when he sit on chair then he said mamma mujhe leg Latka ker nhi baitha jata.. and always feel lazy plz suggest

Pinky Kapil Chawla it's advisable to consult ur doc and get through check up done to confirm it is growing pains and nothing else. only after proper examination would a doc be able to guide u further on this.. meanwhile u could do gentle massage before the baby sleeps, keep heating pads in the affected area and also make ur child do stretching exercises after consulting doc..

yes we have examined.. they said deficiency of vitamin D.. nd I hv completed the course of 8 weeks... but still problem is same... plz suggest best doctor in noida

hi Pinky Kapil Chawla ! dear It might take 6 months to 1 year for vitamin D to be completely absorbed and for symptoms to disappear. u could continue giving Vit D rich diet such as mushroom, fish, animal liver etc .also please continue with leg massage and bath with luke warm water.
