feeling very depressed since 3 -4 days.. always keep crying i am 20 weeks pregnant what to do... need help

Trust me... These days will pass soon and once you become mother, you will be out of the world. You will feel so complete and contented. Only few weeks to go. When you feel stressed or lonely or irritated, take a break, enjoy good music, movies, books etc. Enjoy your own company and try not to be dependent on others to keep yourself happy during these days. And if you are anxious about pregnancy, just remember that there are crore of women like you who got pregnant and are blessed to have kid hence everything would be fine only. Enjoy this period... All the best.

hey Anisha sweety what Happened! that's quite okay to have such moments during pregnancy. if there's anything thats bothering u , u can always share with your extended family. we all are here to support u. or u could talk it out, with a close friend ,or share your concerns with your hubby.. take a break, go out for walks, pamper yourself. read good books, don't overwhelm yourself with too much of info on pregnancy. go slow, take each day at hand and cheer up young lady. things will be fine. go through this link of this blog in which I have discussed how to deal with emotional stress during pregnancy. hope it will be of help to u ! tkcare dear!!
