I love my child n her activities .. but sometimes now a days m feeling irritated n frustrated.. it sound bit ridiculous but I m going through all these... I feel m not getting little time for myself.. I want to calm myself n be focused on my child. because all these frustration are effecting my day to day activities..

hi Anshu Singh ! please try and start ur day with yoga, and that should calm u down. ur anxiety, and depression after baby is completely understandable. if not much take out half an hour from ur day and do what u enjoy doing the most. confide in a friend , go out with ur hubby, take help of ur in-laws or parents. spend a day in their home, this shall give u the much needed break.. om weekends take help of ur hubby in taking care of yr lil one. read books, have a balanced nutritious diet, keep yourself well hydrated, on weekends get dressed up and cook special dishes or go out. Anshu u deserve these breaks completely, do pamper urself . hope this helps!
