What should be the frequency of changing diapers for a 6 month old baby ?

Hi, I am changing it in every 4-5 hours. In between if my baby does poop then immediate changing of diaper is done.

yes... diapers should be changed in 4hrs.... and keep the child in nappy for atleast half n he before you put him back in a diaper so that the area gets some air ...
